What is Drop Shipping?
Drop shipping is an example of a supply chain management, in which you - the retailer - are not responsible for stocking any inventory or storing and shipping merchandise to your customers. Instead, you transfer all your customer orders and shipment details to us - the wholesaler. You make your profit based on the difference between the wholesale and retail price, but after you have generated an order, we take over. We will take care of the warehousing, personalizing, packaging, and shipping of products, saving you a great deal of money. This process minimizes the risk to you because you're not buying product until it is sold.

How can I become a Dealer of selling Cathy's Concepts Products?
Simply fill out our Informational Form and someone from our sales team will contact you.
What all do I need to qualify?
A live and functioning website and your Tax ID. We also require a $500 activation fee.
Am I able to Sell Your Products on auction sites, such as Ebay?
No. We are a wholesaler who profits in selling to Retail Stores and E-Commerce Businesses. We do not provide a market for overly discounted merchants or individuals.
Am I able to create my own Pricing?
Yes. While we provide a suggested retail price, you are able to run your own sales and promotions without endorsing excessive discounts, such as those seen on auction sites.
How long does it take to Process an order?
Once we receive the order from you, each order usually ships within 2-3 business days.
Do you Drop ship outside the US?
We provide limited international drop shipping to Canada, VI and PR.
What is your policy on Returns and Replacements?
Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our products are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any personalized merchandise. All sales on these items are final. Non personalized merchandise will be allotted 30 days for returns.
Should your customer receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 969-7417 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number. We will immediately send out a replacement package at No Additional Charge to you. Please note all claims must be made within 2 business days of receipt shipment.
