1. Make time for Travel
Plan a big vacation or simply make a goal to get out more this year. Travel doesn't have to be a beach vacation, pack up a weekender and hit the road for the weekend. It's amazing how often we don't explore the world at our fingertips, this year explore your state, find an adventure in your backyard, just adventure!
2. Spend More Time with Family
It's easy to get caught up in goal-crushing resolutions, but it's important to remember that making time to be with the people we love brings us the happiness we need to goal crush. So, don't leave family and friend time off your resolution list this year! And to make sure that you keep that resolution, offer to host a little gathering! 3. Stay Active
Whether its hitting the gym, or lugging your yoga bag and mat to the park, find a way to get your blood pumping this year! Don't try to tackle health on your own, most likely your friends need your support as much as you need theirs! Call a friend, make a plan, stay healthy this year.

When your things are a mess, you feel like a mess. Save yourself the headache and take steps to stay more organized this year. A great way to start is to make sure everything in your house truly has it's own place. Most often things don't have a place, or at least not a well organized one. For that it can be incredibly helpful to invest in some organizers of all shapes and forms. Start with a nightstand or dresser organizer and get all the little things you use daily under control. Then work your way up to bigger problem areas. It's a journey, but with a little persistence we can all be more organized and by extension a little less stressed next year!
5. Spend more quality time with friends
Read a book together, set a monthly catch-up date, or simply make time to call. Whatever you do, find a way to spend quality time with the people who bring you joy! Watching people do entertaining things on T.V. can be fun, but doing entertaining things yourself is so much better! It takes a little extra effort, but make it your goal to make that extra effort this year to get off the couch and do something new!
8. Show The People You Love You Care

We could all use a little less time on the internet and a little more time snuggled up by the fire or on the couch with a cozy blanket and a great book. Set a reading goal this year like one book a month, or a book from a each of your favorite genres and learn something new in 2020.
10. Spend More Time Outdoors
Having a picnic with your significant other, friends, or family never gets old. There's just something nostalgic and a little magical about packing up a cooler and a blanket and taking the time to eat somewhere pretty outside. Spend an hour or two breathing the fresh air and living in the moment, it's sure to do your mind and body some good!
