No. All personalization is free!  

While most products offer the ability to personalize, you always have the option to leave it blank. 

Depending on the product, the personalization can be engraved, embroidered, pressed, stamped, or printed. 

Good question! Each product has its own set of unique options that we feel best suit that product. Some of the options include: single initial, monogram, or custom line.  

The order of initials for a monogram is first, last, middle. If you select three initials, the order is first, middle, last. Still have questions? Check out our monogram guide for full details on all personalization options. 

We are unable to accept returns on personalized items. All non-personalized products are able to be returned within 30 days of the customer receiving the order. Please view our full return policy for more details. 

We’re here to help! Please email customer support at clvsupport@cathysconcepts.com with a photo of your damaged item and we’ll send you a replacement. **Please email with subject line “Damaged Item” within 14 days of receiving to qualify for replacement** 

Yes! Every order over $99 is eligible for free shipping. Happy shopping! 

Our processing time is the amount of time it takes us to pick, personalize, and pack your order in-house. Please allow for up to three business days for processing. **Please note processing time is not included in estimated shipping time**

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has left our warehouse. CLV is not responsible for missing packages due to an invalid or outdated shipping address. Please make sure your shipping information is up to date in your account to avoid shipping issues.
