Q: How can I find a specific product on your web site that I saw in Cathy's Concepts product catalog?
To find a specific product, please use our product search feature that can be found in the upper right side of any page. Simply type in the product's item number exactly as it appears in the catalog (for example: 2005) or you may search by product type (for example: bridesmaids) and hit the 'Go' button to submit your search.

Q: How long does it take to process an order?
Once we receive the order from our Bridal Retailers, we usually ship each order within 2-3 business days. Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to complete. For this reason, we have added processing time notes to the product descriptions for these personalized items. For Example: "This personalized item may take up to 4-5 business days to ship." If you order 3 items that do not have special processing times, then your order will ship within 2-3 business days. But, if you order any one item on your order that states "4-5 business days", your entire order will ship in 4-5 business days because we ship all your items at one time to lower your shipping costs.

Q: What is Cathy's Concepts policy on returns and replacements?

Unfortunately due to the fact that most of our products are intended for a one time usage and many items are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales are final.

Should you receive a damaged item, please call our Customer Service Department at info@cathysconcepts.com with your invoice number. We will send out a replacement at no charge.

When you receive your replacement shipment, you will find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker), or CT (Call Tag). Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not include anything else in your return shipment. All claims must be made within 2 business days of shipment.

Q: Can I have wedding accessories and gifts personalized?

Cathy's Concepts offers complimentary personalization on specific items. The format for personalization is shown on each item. Our complimentary personalization is only available in the font and format shown. No exceptions.

Please note the following table for personalization styles:

Name: Carol Ann Lewis
Single Initial: C
Initials: CAL
(First Initial, Middle Initial, Last Initial. All same size letters.)
Monogram: CLA
(First Initial, Last Initial, Middle Initial.)

Cathy's Concepts does not accept returns on items that have been personalized. All sales are final. Should you receive a personalized item that is damaged, please contact your retailer within 48 hours upon receipt of shipment and the same item will be replaced with the same personalization.
