Returns & Replacements Policy
Requesting a Replacement for Damaged Products
In order to receive a replacement, the customer must email pictures of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line: "Damaged Item." To receive a replacement for a damaged item, CLV by Cathy’s Concepts must receive a notification within 14 calendar days of the customer receiving the order. No replacements will be given after 14 calendar days. No credits will be given for damaged items. CLV by Cathy’s Concepts will provide free ground shipping for replacements – if a customer needs the item by a specific date, best efforts will be made to accommodate via processing time, but please note that if expedited shipping is requested and was not originally selected, CLV by Cathy’s Concepts is not required to upgrade the shipping.
Please note there are no returns on personalized items. Please review the personalization chosen before placing your order. See the full list of items ineligible for return below. Non-personalized items are eligible for return within 30 days of the customer receiving the order for the full merchandise value. In order to receive a return label, the customer must email email@example.com with subject line: "Return Item." Please contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Items ineligible for return:
- Personalized/Monogrammed items
- Items damaged by normal wear and tear
- Sale items
